How to carry out warranty repairs of dental equipment?

If the purchased equipment fails, you must send a complaint to [email protected] , specifying data that allows you to identify your order or invoice-contract in the system, as well as describe the malfunction. Then the manager of the Quality Department will contact you.

Faulty equipment is sent by the company's employees with a description of the problem of its functioning to the manufacturer's authorized service center, where technical workers diagnose it, identify the causes of the breakdown, draw up an official protocol-conclusion, should the conclusion be subject to warranty repair of the equipment or not.

Upon receipt of a conclusion on warranty repair: diagnostics and repairs are carried out free of charge. Only delivery of equipment is paid.

Upon receipt of a conclusion on a non-warranty case: in case of refusal to repair - in some cases, diagnostics are paid; when agreeing on the cost of work and subsequent repairs, diagnostics and repairs are paid. After diagnostics and repair work, the equipment is sent back to the customer.

When returning the goods due to the refusal of the buyer, the delivery is carried out at the expense of the buyer.
